Enterprise Consulting Helps Munters USA utilize IFS Applications™ 10
Munters USA was asked by their parent company in Sweden to utilize IFS Applications™ 10 for their daily operations. Munters USA had no ERP systems to rely upon and all daily activities were completely manual. Although Munters USA was directed to use the same instance and configuration of IFS Applications™ as their parent company in Sweden, no one at Munters USA was familiar with IFS Applications™ 10. Upon recommendations from IFS, Munters USA engaged Enterprise Consulting to design and deliver an IFS Applications™ 10 training program tailored to the unique needs of Munters USA, while taking into consideration the Swedish IFS Applications™ configuration.
Enterprise Consulting designed a comprehensive IFS Applications™ 10 Training program for Munters USA including basic Navigation through Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, and Order Management. Enterprise Consulting developed this Training Plan unique to Munters USA’s business needs. Munters USA was a small organization and could not effectively maintain business operations in a traditional training setting. Enterprise Consulting developed a plan to split the user/training community into two groups, morning and afternoon, holding repeated sessions for each group each day. This allowed for maximum training exposure as well as the ability for Munters USA to cover mission critical daily operations.
Enterprise Consulting completed the IFS Applications™ 10 training agenda and after a six week training period, Munters USA began using IFS Applications™ 10 fully and effectively on a daily basis.
