EaglePicher Technologies was started in 1842 with history of battery manufacturing dating back to 1922. They are an industry leader in battery production located in Joplin, Missouri, with several other facilities and a diverse line of products existing today. The company became a battery supplier to the United States Government in the 1940s and focus on three distinct markets: defense, aerospace and medical.
Over time, EaglePicher outgrew their previous ERP system, along with federal requirements and other security needs propelling them to purchase IFS Applications 10™. The breadth and depth of coverage that IFS Applications™ could provide aided them with security and government compliance. EaglePicher Technologies is committed to ethical decision-making and compliance with all applicable laws. Implementing IFS Applications 10™supported not only this commitment, but also their continued goals in providing each of their customers with the highest quality and most innovative power solutions, from concept through final production.
EaglePicher Technologies felt confident and committed, partnering with Enterprise Consulting to execute all technical and functional portions their IFS Applications 10™ implementation project. Throughout this process, Enterprise Consulting supported EaglePicher in set-up, training, workshopping, testing and roll-out. A large portion of this included technical support, during and after their successful Go-Live. Additionally, Enterprise Consulting continues to provide support through writing and developing functionalities of Novacura as a manufacturing execution system working in conjunction with IFS Applications 10™.
Enterprise Consulting helped lead and encourage successful change management throughout, to ensure an effective completion of this implementation project. Enterprise Consulting is honored to have been asked to continue post Go-Live support, with further roll-out of some additional functionality.
