Bell Laboratories sprints forward utilizing Enterprise Consulting and IFS Applications 10

Bell Laboratories, Inc. holds the reputation as The World Leader in Rodent Control Technology®. They are an exclusive manufacturer of rodent control products, having developed a complete line of products to control rodents in any situation. Outside of this success, they strive to maintain their status of being the market leader, with excellent customer service and integrity.

To continue to achieve their mission, they decided to utilize Enterprise Consulting to successfully implement IFS Applications 10™. Enterprise Consulting adjusted the standard methodology for the unique business requirements of Bell Laboratories. Bell Laboratories selected a more “scrum and sprint” or Agile approach to their IFS Implementation, which Enterprise was able to successfully accommodate. Throughout the implementation, the partnership faced technical challenges in each of the first two phases (which Bell Laboratories calls Train 1 and Train 2), with integrations to third party applications that Bell Laboratories required. However, these challenges were solved leading to a successful implementation of IFS Applications 10™ for both Train 1 and Train 2.

Bell Laboratories had a successful go live on IFS Applications 10™ Agile Implementation - Train 1 and 2 as of January and July of 2021. Up next for Enterprise Consulting and Bell Laboratories, is to begin Train 3 of this implementation together. Enterprise Consulting looks forward to a continued partnership in implementing this solution, to enhance Bell Laboratories’ enterprise operations and support them in continued achievement of their mission.
