Zehrco-Giancola Composites Growth Supported By Enterprise Consulting Through IFS Applications 10 Upgrade

Zehrco-Giancola Composites Inc. is owned by father-son duo Ralph and Tony Giancola. Their focus is on compression, thermoset injection and transfer molding for industrial and commercial applications. Being the industry leader in plastics fabrication, they value entrepreneurship and family commitment.

To support their desired growth, Zehrco-Giancola decided to move to the latest version of IFS Applications™. Enterprise Consulting was selected to re-implement the IFS Applications 10™ Upgrade for Zehrco-Giancola, moving them from IFS Applications 2000™ to IFS Applications 10™. Enterprise Consulting provided guidance and their proprietary upgrade methodology to bring Zehrco-Giancola up to speed, and position them for a series of new acquisitions. Together, Enterprise Consulting and Zehrco-Giancola worked together to upgrade Zehrco-Giancola’s hardware, IFS software and business processes.

In December of 2021, Zehrco-Giancola went live on IFS Applications 10™. By replacing their 20-year-old IFS version 2000, the business is now progressing to bring their new acquisitions on to the IFS platform with Enterprise Consulting.
