In February 2010 Mike Tapper acquired the Minnesota and North Dakota business from PSC Group and launched Enterprise Consulting. With Enterprise Consulting, Mike leverages expertise in ERP & CRM business software to help customers realize maximum value from their enterprise software investments. With over 30 years of Information Technology experience and over 20 years in Information Technology Consulting, he has brought a reputation for delivering high integrity services and strong client relationship management to clients throughout the U.S. Additionally, Mike has been a member of APICS since 2005 and served as President of the APICS Twin Cities Chapter.
Previously Mike was responsible for the startup and growth of Minnesota branch offices for PSC Group and New Resources Corporation. Prior to that, he was Information Technology Director for MTI Vacations of Oak Brook, IL. Mike began his career with 5 years of service in the United States Navy. He received his Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems from Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL.
VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES & ACCOUNT SERVICES
Rick Rivett brings over 30 years of Manufacturing and ERP experience to Enterprise Consulting. Rick began his career as the Director of Materials at Electro-Craft in Hopkins, Minnesota where he managed the Supply Chain requirements for three sites. While at Electro-Craft, Rick earned his APICS Certification and continues to be active within the organization. During his tenure at Electro-Craft Rick successfully led the Team implementing an ERP Solution. Rick utilized his manufacturing knowledge and experience to transition into Sales and Marketing roles with major ERP solution providers such as IFS, Epicor, Exact, and Infor, where he worked with organizations in many industries such as MTO and ETO Manufacturing, Food and Beverage Manufacturers, and A&D/DoD Manufacturers. Rick holds a BS degree from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the Carlson School. Rick Joined Enterprise Consulting in 2014.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Sara Anderson has over 25 years of experience in a multitude of Administrative and Financial roles. Sara earned an AAS degree from Minneapolis Community and Technical College in 1998. After a long tenure in the Precast Construction Industry as a ERP Subject Matter Expert and Project Leader, Sara joined the Enterprise Consulting team as Consulting Support Manager in November 2019. In 2023, Sara was promoted to Operations Manager and was asked to join the Enterprise Consulting Leadership Team. Sara has a passion for employee and customer relationships. Sara continues to grow professionally as an active Vistage member.
DIRECTOR OF CONSULTING
Tim Bailey is a seasoned IT Professional with over 25 years of experience implementing ERP and Logistics solutions. This includes multiple deployments representing both the software vendor as well the as the end customer. He has led numerous initiatives leveraging IFS, SAP, and JDA. His broad background, strong customer focus, and communication skills have allowed him to partner, develop and implement technology that has resulted in reduced operating expenses and supported organizational growth. Tim has over 13 years of experience working with IFS in a wide variety of roles including Technical Solution Manager (TSM), Account Manager, Program Manager, Technical Manager, Software Engineer, and Business Analyst. In his current role he is responsible for all aspects of Consulting Services.
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Haydn Downes has over 20 years’ experience implementing and upgrading IFS Solutions in a variety of industries such as Aerospace & Defense, Food & Beverage, Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing and General Manufacturing/Distribution. Over his career, Haydn has been responsible for Program/Project Manager roles as well as technical roles ranging from installations through development of interfaces & data migrations. Currently, Haydn fulfills the CTO/PMO role for Customer Strategic Roadmap planning, EC Hosting of IFS and infrastructure deployment, Customer Business Transformations, as well as internal company requirements. Haydn has been with Enterprise Consulting since 2014.
