Style Crest selects Enterprise Managed Cloud to Host IFS Applications™
Style Crest of Fremont, OH has selected Enterprise Consulting and the Enterprise Managed Cloud to Host their IFS Applications™. Style Crest is a leader in residential and manufactured housing products, with locations across North America. When it came time to look at expanding their use of IFS and Upgrading to IFS Applications™ 10, Style Crest also reviewed their current state of Cloud Hosting. Their current provider did not offer the level of access that Style Crest deemed necessary to be able to self-administer their IFS instance. Further, Style Crest found the provider’s support to be lacking in both response time and substance. Last, but not least, Style Crest found their provider to be uncompetitive with market pricing. With these needs in mind, Style Crest evaluated several alternatives and selected Enterprise Consulting and the Enterprise Managed Cloud.
The Enterprise Managed Cloud offers an Azure-based environment with 24 x 7 monitoring and support for the infrastructure. In addition to that support, IFS Managed Services support is provided across all aspects of the Style Crest IFS installation: IFS Applications™, IFS Middleware, Oracle, and third-party applications like Novacura. The Enterprise Managed Cloud is less restrictive to customer access, which Style Crest wanted in order to manage their own IFS System Administration. With their three-year commitment, the cost of ownership of the Enterprise Managed Cloud also met the desired budgetary considerations.
