Enterprise Consulting helps Instron implement IFS Project based Manufacturing

Enterprise Consulting assisted with the implementation of IFS Project Based Manufacturing for a complex ETO manufacturing and design process at Instron. This involved working with teams in both the UK and USA to come up with a standard global process that would be consistent but allows for small localizations. Process improvements and user automations were then developed to allow projects to be created in a single click from within a customer order, allowing different templates to be selected based on product criteria.
