Enterprise Consulting Provides On-Demand IFS Project & Engineering Support To Ebara International

Enterprise Consulting and Ebara International have worked together to optimize Ebara’s IFS Project and Engineering processes. The IFS support from Enterprise Consulting was provided on an “On-Demand” basis, allowing Ebara a simple and easy method to quickly request and receive the focused IFS Projects and Engineering support they needed in a timely manner. Initially starting with detailed process review workshops, Enterprise Consulting stripped the key elements of Ebara’s needs down to a basic flow and then created a structure to give the right IFS information to the right people at the right time.
