Enterprise Consulting can Implement and rollout any IFS Module. Often IFS customers will purchase a new Module or have the need to implement a currently unused IFS Module. With our team’s deep experience of IFS Implementations and Upgrades, we can provide the support required to successfully Implement and setup the data required for any IFS Module.

Our team of Functional Consultants are often the front line of defense for IFS issues with our customers. If you have an issue that needs a solution, we have a resource with the ability to direct you toward correct IFS out the box functionality or help design a new solution to fit your business needs.

Enterprise Consulting utilizes a proprietary approach to help you maximize efficiency of your processes, leveraging the full capabilities of IFS.

1. We start with identifying the specific problem(s) to be solved, and stated goals and objectives to be achieved. These goals and objectives can be purely business related (i.e., paperless process, optimize workflow, etc.) and/or specific issues to solve within IFS (begin tracking revisions of stored documents, have documents accessible electronically, etc.).

2. Workshop to review the as-is process and identify gaps or issues to be solved. This is a collaborative process involving meetings and discussions with key people involved.

3. Next, we analyze the findings and develop solution options with rough estimates for the effort and/or cost involved in each option.

4. Meeting to discuss each solution option and finalize the approach.

5. Documentation, delivery, and validation of the solution blueprint (our findings and recommendations).

Enterprise Consulting will utilize our findings, recommendations, and experience gathered during the IFS Process Review and customer driven specification(s) to help you execute appropriate business process and maximize your use of IFS Applications™. The outcome of a System Optimization will yield a faster, better, and stronger IFS environment to get the best ROI on your investment in IFS Applications™.

Enterprise Consulting’s IFS On Demand Support (ODS) program creates a way for you to easily utilize every member of the Enterprise Consulting team to provide support for both large and small issues.

Once the ODS program is initiated, we will support your team or resolve IFS issues via a single email exchange. The customer triggers a request by an email to their designated ODS Project Manager. From there, we provide an estimate of the effort for us to execute upon approval. 

Enterprise Consulting has a team of IFS System Engineers and Developers with skill sets to support any area of IFS at the application, server, and database levels. Our team has over 10+ years of IFS experience and are all located within the US. Below is a preview of the technical services we offer:

• IFS customizations: design and creation of custom fields, tables, logical units (LUs), etc.

• IFS reporting: Ability to design, develop, and modify existing IFS reports utilizing the following tools:

  • Crystal Web Services (CWS)

  • SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

• Integrations: Integration of third-party systems with IFS Applications™ to form one-way or bi-directional communication. Additionally, we can design and develop integrations leveraging the iPaaS solution Dell Boomi.

• Data Migrations: IFS customers will often desire to sunset legacy software solutions and bring equivalent functionality into IFS. Other IFS customers will acquire or merge with new companies, resulting in the need for additional data in IFS. Either way, our team has the ability to map and execute successful data migrations, eliminating the months to years of time required to manually enter data into IFS.
