Enterprise Consulting Readies Caltrol for IFS Applications 8 Implementation

Enterprise Consulting worked with Caltrol, an Emerson Process Control organization, to get them ready for their upcoming IFS Applications 8 Implementation. Caltrol is a member of the North American Network which is implementing IFS Applications 8 across 12 of its member sites. Caltrol is unique in that they are migrating from a different database from the other 11 NAN members and requested that Enterprise Consulting help give them a head start. During a week of on site preparation consulting Order Management, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Inventory were covered. By week’s end, the Caltrol team members were able to perform “order to cash” flows independently.
