Enterprise Consulting Implements Novacura at Mistras Group for IFS Mobile Field Service

Enterprise Consulting has implemented IFS Partner Product, Novacura, at Mistras Group in Princeton Junction, NJ. Mistras, a provider of industrial services, is using Novacura as a mobility platform for their 1000+ Field Service Technicians. The technicians utilize a simple Novacura “application” deployed on their smartphones to log time and material against IFS Work Orders while working in the field. From those simple and prompted inputs, Mistras is able to quickly manage open Work Orders and invoice their customers quickly and accurately.
